No matter what the world does or does not appear to be on November 5, 2008, World Can't Wait must be prepared with resources and activists to mobilize those who stand opposed to endless war, unconscionable use of torture, military recruiters training our youth as fodder for illegitimate wars, so that those architects and of infinite misery and mass murder -- the war criminals of the Bush regime - don't escape culpability. 

Hoping for the best will not suffice. Now is the time for us as a resistance community to prepare, to be able to respond appropriately at whatever the Bush regime does in its last 4 months, or to whatever the new administration does that's in line with the Bush program.
